All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped.

Note: During peak times or sales events, order processing may take slightly longer.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the total weight of your order.

Express delivery (if available in your area) will include additional charges, which are also displayed at checkout.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we’ll notify you via email. Re-delivery options will be provided, and additional shipping charges may apply.

8. International Shipping
